OUR COURT SYSTEM:


CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM HAS AIDS

Our criminal justice system has AIDS. When society’s interpretation of morality inhibits the protection of itself against the forces of evil, the survival of the fittest will truly favor the unfeeling godless son of Belial over peace loving people. What we are doing to ourselves and our nation via our (liberal) sense of morality, is what HIV is doing to the immune system of our personal bodies. The people who run things in this country don't seem to want to use the punishments that God outlined in the Bible, and they don't want to follow nature in its natural course. There are many people in our society that consider the Bible's punishments cruel and unusual. Those punishments are nothing compared to what the human being and "nature" is capable of.


The difference between us and the natural body cleansing process is, that we (society) can determine which antigens (criminals) may be reformed, or consider when the punishment fits the crime, so the antibodies (authorities) can hold the antigens at bay or destroy them and thereby protect the health of the body.


Our body produces antibodies to fight off infections. If we have AIDS it may not survive whatever illness we might happen to have or catch. By way of example; the body represents the nation. Antigens are present in viruses, bacteria, insects, snake poisons, tissues and organs from another persons body, and represent criminals and various crimes against society. The antibody destroys or neutralizes antigens. Our criminal justice system today is doing a better job of storing antigens (known to us as criminals) than it is getting rid of, or suspending them. Why is it that when we come down with a virus we want it killed and not just set aside? When our body has a cancer we don't want the bad cells stored, we want them healed, destroyed or removed. We have numerous people in our prison systems that should be destroyed. The human body attempts to kill all intruders. There are those in this society who are really in agreement with AIDS and are helping to spread it by allowing people that have it to remain anonymous or they make it illegal to "discriminate" against them.


The law enforcement and criminal justice system is an antibody to our national body. If the antibody is not allowed to do its job the whole body will suffer. Our society today is plagued by certain elements of crime. Some of the worst elements of crime are allowed to exist by the criminal justice system. In the political sense, the governing body, the courts and the law enforcers are all part of the problem or the solution. What most of us don't know is that the final solution has nothing to do with politics. It has everything to do with God and our relationship to Him. If we try to live without God, things like AIDS will continue to be a part of our lives, not only in the medical sense, but in the political sense also.


This nation of ours is like a body with many members. White blood cells are ruthless killers of anything that will cause the body harm. Yet the "compassionate left" wants to protect evil and bodily destruction at most, and at least, wants to store cancer cells. The liberal mentality was made for aids and you can never make them happy. On the one hand they love "nature" and on the other, hate what is does.


In 1989 the Roman Catholic Cardinals got together and stated that AIDS was not punishment from God. This pronouncement of course, was due to political pressure. The fact is that the Bible record would tend to teach otherwise. When early Israel got off track, God smote them with the "botch" of Egypt, and they would not be healed. “The LORD will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the emerods, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.” Deut. 28:27 Read the whole chapter and see just how much we fit into that mold. God does not make any apologies for sending judgment. Judgment upon sin is as common as the air we breathe. The trouble is that we don't think we are sinners. When people think that homosexuality is natural, even though it goes against every precept of nature, what hope is there for them except severe judgment? If all plants and animals suddenly went homosexual, we'd all starve to death. (Nature lovers are to be included in that group. As I mentioned earlier, their version of nature, and God's version, are quite different.)


The denial of the God of judgment is directly related to the feeling that He is just a Power or “Force“ and not a "living God." Rebellion to the living God isn't just another problem, it is the oldest one. Both denial and rebellion will lead to judgment. When you consider how evolution was accepted and allowed into our society, it's totally appropriate that our criminal justice system acquires AIDS-like symptoms. Common sense says to fight crime. The judgment of God turns us over to it - to suffer that which we deserve.

CAPITAL PUNISHMENT

Capital punishment is not a total deterrent. It is a guarantee. A guarantee that a person will never kill, rape or molest anyone again. Why is the liberal mind against killing killers, but all for killing innocent babies? Why do they (the liberals) say it would be a waste for society to kill someone, who if reformed, could be of huge benefit to the world; then on the other hand they demand a woman's right to abort a human life who has never offended anyone and could potentially be as great or greater than the criminal they seek to protect? Abortion is not just simply an attack on common sense; it is an attack on, and in rebellion to God, His authority, and His command to populate the earth.


The Bible says in Exodus 21:12, "He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall surely be put to death." And in Numbers 35:33 we have the reason, "So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it".


You can see by the above scriptures and the 17 or so additional portions of scripture contained in the Bible, which deal with the death penalty, that it was handed out for more than murder or rape. It was done, not to be cruel, but to preserve society. All of the penalties have a similar basis; the greater good of all the people as pertains to God's blessing upon their nation. (See: ABORTION).


Ever wonder why the founding fathers never thought of firing squads and hanging as "cruel and unusual punishment?" Why, in this modern era, do we know more than they did concerning criminal matters? If the founding fathers were really wrong in allowing hanging and such, what business did they have writing the Constitution in the first place? Come to think of it, the best proof of their lack of qualification is the fact that the black man was not considered to fall under its protection when it was written. That is why the Bible has to be considered when debating this and many other issues. The Bible endorses slavery, but it also gives guidelines for the treatment of those slaves. In a nutshell it teaches that if you can't handle freedom you deserve bondage, no matter what the race. Please take a look at the 13th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, section one (1). "[Slavery prohibited.] Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States..." Due to liberal thinking, our prison system is missing out on a lot of free labor.


I find myself wondering what the liberal thinks about when they ponder what the founding fathers thought they were doing when they wrote into the Constitution, "cruel and unusual punishment? The answer to that question is to look to the history of life, taxation and imprisonment in Europe and Asia, that caused the founding fathers and others before them to come to America in the first place. Or more recently look to the treatment of our POWs in North Vietnam. We have to remember that liberals even think lethal injection is cruel and unusual punishment yet most of them probably believe in immunizations, which just happens to be pure torture to most kids. In their eyes, my constitutional rights must have been violated when I was put asleep for surgery. It was kind of scary to think after dozing off I might not wake up because of a reaction to the anesthesia, but surely criminals guilty of a capital offense deserve whatever terror they suffer while laying there waiting to "drift off."


Not killing killers and other deserving souls can cause others to take the law into their own hands and sin against the commandment to not kill. The surviving family members may hire someone in prison to kill the offender thinking that justice can best be served by their own hand. Not killing killers is just really one more rebellion against God and His commandments concerning the operation of His universe. This is His world and universe and if we want to live in it, in peace, we'll have to follow His rules. The up coming TRIBULATION is all the proof I need to show that the people wanted "to do it (live life) their way." The following scriptures should help prove the point of the previous essay.


Genesis 4:10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.

This is why we are to have capital punishment. The shed blood must be answered with blood.


Genesis 9:5-6

5. And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man's brother will I require the life of man. 6. Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.


Exodus 20:12-25

12. Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy God giveth thee. 13. Thou shalt not kill. 14. Thou shalt not commit adultery. 15. Thou shalt not steal. 16. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. 17. Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's. 18. And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they removed, and stood afar off. 19. And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die. 20. And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for God is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not. 21. And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was. 22. And the Lord said unto Moses, Thus thou shalt say unto the children of Israel, Ye have seen that I have talked with you from heaven. 23. Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold. 24. An altar of earth thou shalt make unto me, and shalt sacrifice thereon thy burnt offerings, and thy peace offerings, thy sheep, and thine oxen: in all places where I record my name I will come unto thee, and I will bless thee. 25. And if thou wilt make me an altar of stone, thou shalt not build it of hewn stone: for if thou lift up thy tool upon it, thou hast polluted it.
You can see that there are a lot more reasons than just killing that would cause death in those days.


Exodus 21:12-25,29

2. He that smiteth a man, so that he die, shall be surely put to death. 13. And if a man lie not in wait, but God deliver him into his hand; then I will appoint thee a place whither he shall flee. 14. But if a man come presumptuously upon his neighbour, to slay him with guile; thou shalt take him from mine altar, that he may die. 15. And he that smiteth his father, or his mother, shall be surely put to death. 16. And he that stealeth a man, and selleth him, or if he be found in his hand, he shall surely be put to death. 17. And he that curseth his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death. 18. And if men strive together, and one smite another with a stone, or with his fist, and he die not, but keepeth his bed: 19. If he rise again, and walk abroad upon his staff, then shall he that smote him be quit: only he shall pay for the loss of his time, and shall cause him to be thoroughly healed. 20. And if a man smite his servant, or his maid, with a rod, and he die under his hand; he shall be surely punished. 21. Notwithstanding, if he continue a day or two, he shall not be punished: for he is his money. 22. If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. 23. And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life, 24. Eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25. Burning for burning, wound for wound, stripe for stripe. 29. But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death.


Exodus 22:2,18,20

2. If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him. 18. Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live. 20. He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto the Lord only, he shall be utterly destroyed.


Exodus 35:2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to the Lord: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
This is proof that capital punishment is not a total deterrent. Some (cursed) people will still do wrong things-no matter what the punishment.


Leviticus 24:10-23

10. And the son of an Israelitish woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the children of Israel: and this son of the Israelitish woman and a man of Israel strove together in the camp; 11. And the Israelitish woman's son blasphemed the name of the Lord, and cursed. And they brought him unto Moses: (and his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:) 12. And they put him in ward, that the mind of the Lord might be shewed them. 13. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, 14. Bring forth him that hath cursed without the camp; and let all that heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him. 15. And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Whosoever curseth his God shall bear his sin. 16. And he that blasphemeth the name of the Lord, he shall surely be put to death, and all the congregation shall certainly stone him: as well the stranger, as he that is born in the land, when he blasphemeth the name of the Lord, shall be put to death. 17. And he that killeth any man shall surely be put to death. 18. And he that killeth a beast shall make it good; beast for beast. 19. And if a man cause a blemish in his neighbour; as he hath done, so shall it be done to him; 20. Breach for breach, eye for eye, tooth for tooth: as he hath caused a blemish in a man, so shall it be done to him again. 21. And he that killeth a beast, he shall restore it: and he that killeth a man, he shall be put to death. 22. Ye shall have one manner of law, as well for the stranger, as for one of your own country: for I am the Lord your God. 23. And Moses spake to the children of Israel, that they should bring forth him that had cursed out of the camp, and stone him with stones. And the children of Israel did as the Lord commanded Moses.


Numbers 35:16-17,30-31,33

16. And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death. 17. And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death. 30. Whoso killeth any person, the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die. 31. Moreover ye shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, which is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death. 33. So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.


Deuteronomy 17:5-7

5. Then shalt thou bring forth that man or that woman, which have committed that wicked thing, unto thy gates, even that man or that woman, and shalt stone them with stones, till they die. 6. At the mouth of two witnesses, or three witnesses, shall he that is worthy of death be put to death; but at the mouth of one witness he shall not be put to death. 7. The hands of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So thou shalt put the evil away from among you.


Deuteronomy 19:13,21

13. Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away the guilt of innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee. 21. And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.


Deuteronomy 20:16 But of the cities of these people, which the Lord thy God doth give thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth:


Deuteronomy 21:18-23

18. If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, which will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and that, when they have chastened him, will not hearken unto them: 19. Then shall his father and his mother lay hold on him, and bring him out unto the elders of his city, and unto the gate of his place; 20. And they shall say unto the elders of his city, This our son is stubborn and rebellious, he will not obey our voice; he is a glutton, and a drunkard. 21. And all the men of his city shall stone him with stones, that he die: so shalt thou put evil away from among you; and all Israel shall hear, and fear. 22. And if a man have committed a sin worthy of death, and he be to be put to death, and thou hang him on a tree: 23. His body shall not remain all night upon the tree, but thou shalt in any wise bury him that day; (for he that is hanged is accursed of God;) that thy land be not defiled, which the Lord thy God giveth thee for an inheritance.
“For he that is hanged is accursed of God,” may indicate why the godless unbelieving liberals are trying to eradicate all forms of capital punishment. No one likes to think that someone would be cursed of God. “He wouldn’t do something like that,” they say. You hang some one on a tree so that that person serves as an example to others. Remember! Capital punishment is more of a guarantee than a deterrent but we are to deter none the less. As the old saying goes, if we stop one person from killing another by using capital punishment as a deterrent, it would be worth it.


Deuteronomy 22:20-26

20. But if this thing be true, and the tokens of virginity be not found for the damsel: 21. Then they shall bring out the damsel to the door of her father's house, and the men of her city shall stone her with stones that she die: because she hath wrought folly in Israel, to play the whore in her father's house: so shalt thou put evil away from among you. 22. If a man be found lying with a woman married to an husband, then they shall both of them die, both the man that lay with the woman, and the woman: so shalt thou put away evil from Israel. 23. If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her; 24. Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city, and ye shall stone them with stones that they die; the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you. 25. But if a man find a betrothed damsel in the field, and the man force her, and lie with her: then the man only that lay with her shall die. 26. But unto the damsel tho shalt do nothing; there is in the damsel no sin worthy of death: for as when a man riseth against his neighbour, and slayeth him, even so is this matter:


Deuteronomy 24:7,16

7. If a man be found stealing any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and maketh merchandise of him, or selleth him; then that thief shall die; and thou shalt put evil away from among you. 16. The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, neither shall the children be put to death for the fathers: every man shall be put to death for his own sin.


2 Samuel 23:6-7

6. But the sons of Belial shall be all of them as thorns thrust away, because they cannot be taken with hands: 7. But the man that shall touch them must be fenced with iron and the staff of a spear; and they shall be utterly burned with fire in the same place.


1 Kings 2:28-34

28. Then tidings came to Joab: for Joab had turned after Adonijah, though he turned not after Absalom. And Joab fled unto the tabernacle of the Lord, and caught hold on the horns of the altar. 29. And it was told king Solomon that Joab was fled unto the tabernacle of the Lord; and, behold, he is by the altar. Then Solomon sent Benaiah the son of Jehoiada, saying, Go, fall upon him. 30. And Benaiah came to the tabernacle of the Lord, and said unto him, Thus saith the king, Come forth. And he said, Nay; but I will die here. And Benaiah brought the king word again, saying, Thus said Joab, and thus he answered me. 31. And the king said unto him, Do as he hath said, and fall upon him, and bury him; that thou mayest take away the innocent blood, which Joab shed, from me, and from the house of my father. 32. And the Lord shall return his blood upon his own head, who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword, my father David not knowing thereof, to wit, Abner the son of Ner, captain of the host of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, captain of the host of Judah. 33. Their blood shall therefore return upon the head of Joab, and upon the head of his seed for ever: but upon David, and upon his seed, and upon his house, and upon his throne, shall there be peace for ever from the Lord. 34. So Benaiah the son of Jehoiada went up, and fell upon him, and slew him: and he was buried in his own house in the wilderness.


2Kings 24:4 And also for the innocent blood that he shed: for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; which the Lord would not pardon.


Psalms 9:12 When he maketh inquisition for blood, he remembereth them: he forgetteth not the cry of the humble.
The victims will be remembered and not lost in the shuffle of plea bargins.


Psalms 72:14 He shall redeem their soul from deceit and violence: and precious shall their blood be in his sight.
God will make all wrongs right.


Proverbs 28:17 A man that doeth violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man stay him.


Ecclesiastes 8:11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
Our prisons are crowded with people that were encouraged to a life of crime because friends and strangers were not punished swiftly and severly for crimes they committed.


Ezekiel 13:19 And will ye pollute me among my people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, to slay the souls that should not die, and to save the souls alive that should not live, by your lying to my people that hear your lies?
If this doesn't describe the situation today nothing does.


Matthew 5:25-26

25.  Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. 26. Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.


Matthew 22:7 But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city.
This ties in with the next one very well.


Romans 13:4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.
You can see by these scriptures that the death penalty was handed out for more than murder or rape. It was done, not to be cruel, but to preserve society.


The sad truth is, there is big money in death row. There are lots of prison jobs, and lawyers are having a heyday filing and refilling appeals, year after year. I just love when the anti-capital punishment crowd says, "It costs more to kill them than it does to keep them alive for life." If you limit it to one or two "quick appeals" it would get very cheap, and I'm talking about the open and shut cases.


If people can say no to capital punishment because an innocent person could possibly die, then we should be saying no to general population prisons that endanger the lives and well being of others that may be innocent. but beyond that, prisons should not be a place where inmates should be terrirized by other inmates.


Drugs, rape, fights, gangs and all the rest seem to run rampant in general population prisons. Richard Speck, with the release of the prison made viedo tape, showing the use of drugs and sex with a male companion, is proof of this. We can’t blame him for this activity because some animals seek the lowest level of behavior. We have to blame the judicial system that commuted his death sentence to life. We have to blame the law makers in general and the so-called social experts in particular. Charlie Manson said he can get anything on the inside, that he could get on the outside. I, for one, as a taxpayer, think we should be making it a lot harder for insiders to be living like outsiders.


In evolution, what gives white blood cells their authority to attack that which would attack a healthy body and make it weak? This argument stands in opposition to anti capitol punishment freaks that would restrict white blood cells from doing that which they were created (evolved) to do.


That opposition is nothing less than a curse placed on those people who presume to know more than God does. We cannot see the disease or curse in a microscope that afflicts the liberal’s spirit. The only thing we can see is the disease or curse that afflicts the body. Therefore, there can be no cure of the spiritual affliction unless God heals them. But in the mean time they will fight tooth and nail to get their agenda shoved down the throats of all people.
